On 7 and 8 May 2025, the seventh edition of the CTI Leadership Forum on Airport Innovation will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The event will be hosted by Copenhagen Airports' Sune Bagger, Director of Business Technology, and Kenneth Hedorf Christensen, Head of Digital Business Transformation and Innovation.
Organised by the Cities Today Institute, this closed-door invitation-only Forum will gather a maximum of 20 airport leaders from the EMEA region in a private setting to exchange best practices through roundtable discussions, case-study presentations and breakout sessions. Select industry partners are invited to join the dialogue.
Programme
The programme for the roundtable meeting is based on interviews and research with the airport participants. Some of the key topics that have already been requested by your peers include:
- Artificial Intelligence: Exploring key use cases, and discussing organizational leadership.
- Data Management: Building a data-driven airport: challenges and opportunities.
- Autonomous Vehicles: What are the use cases for AVs at airports, and how can airports move from pilot to scale?
- Digital Twins: How to derive value and ROI from digitizing assets. What are the best practices?
- Passenger processing & experience: How can technology and innovation improve speed and experience for passengers?
The peer-to-peer organisation of the content and the composition of the group allow for active, challenging discussions that help airport leaders arrive with a series of issues and depart with solutions based on other airport or partner experiences.
